This CD is a guided trance with original music by Roger (over 30minutes). The suggestions given are meant to increase personal self esteem and well being. Benefits will be gained by repeated listening. An additional track contains the music only, to be enjoyed just for its own beauty or as a more subtle hypnotic tool: Once you've listened to the guided trance a few times, your subconscious mind will have associated the suggestions with the music, which by then should have a similar effect to the guided trance even without the words.
It is recommended that you listen to the CD in a comfortable and safe place. It should not be played while driving a car or operating machinery.
Roger was born in England and has lived many years in America and Asia. He is a Master Trainer in NLP and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, an instructor with the American Board of Hypnotherapy and is a certified member of the European Association of Psychotherapy. Roger has over 20 years experience of working with people from all over the world with many different kinds of issues. He now lives in Hamburg, Germany. Roger is also an accomplished musician, as a composer and pianist.
